Lenovo uses a really really really bad backdoor password

    Seriously, as if the movie Spaceballs (mobile link, sorry) wasn't indication enough. Lenovo has been using the password "12345678" to "protect" backdoor vulnerabilities. Mostly, this effects transferring files over WiFi connections, so a malicious party could intercept and change the files being transferred.

    If you own a Lenovo, give the link a read. Otherwise, just grab a bucket of popcorn and watch as Lenovo continues to destroy itself...

    They released an update that fixes it.
