Pretty much any of those 4 options (PC options) will run anything. The ultimate setup (liquid cooled, some other bells/whistles) could be done cheaper imo but it's about quality (pro vs DIY) and all. Can't go wrong with it, that's for sure.

You should be able to play any AAA title for a few years though, not counting any zero day bugs with the gfx card.

Which level were you buying of the PC?

Noooooooooooooooooooo, no and no. Don't buy a prebuilt machine. You can save money by building it yourself, it's easy.
The answer to your question depends on the games you wish to play. What are the specs of the PC you're buying? I see several.

I wouldn't recommend it without knowing their comfort and knowledge level of the hardware side of things though. While it's easy enough to learn, it may also result in wrong parts ordered and then frying something important.

I recommend building it yourself, but if you aren't comfortable with that aspect of it then buy prebuilt.
